The damage it causes the skin to snuff

It's nothing new that the snuff is bad for your health and it is addictive. We know it has adverse effects on your lungs, bronchi, increases the risk of serious illnesses such as cancer, but what is certain that what you did not know is that the consumption of snuff is associated with the occurrence of acne.

Addiction to snuff, not only increases the risk of lung cancer or bronchitis, but can also cause acne in women, according to a study published by the British magazine "British Journal of Dermatology."

The research, conducted by a team of Italian scientists, found that women smokers are more likely to suffer from acne than nonsmokers. The analysis, conducted among a thousand women, revealed how 42.2 percent of smokers developed non-inflammatory acne, compared with 10 percent of those who did not consume snuff.

The non-inflammatory acne is a form of the skin disease that is characterized by the presence of closed pores in the skin, small cysts and comedones whites and blacks. The alleged link between the consumption of snuff and the presence of grains has always generated controversy because they are a multitude of factors contributing to the appearance of skin diseases.

Although the report's authors admit that the hormonal changes, stress or occupational and environmental factors also play in the development of acne, concluded that the findings should lead to the inclusion of non-inflammatory acne between the skin diseases related to smoking.
